Prayer

The prayer is optional, but advised.

Greeting

Start with a greeting such as "Dear Name," and follow with a positive comment about that person. Perhaps something nice they did today that you noticed.

Feelings and Topic

Name the feeling
Enter the topic of the dialogue question

Physical Sensation

Describe your feeling as a physical sensation. i.e. butterflies in my stomach, my lungs filling with air, like my body is floating, etc.

Feeling Intensity

1 being weakest, 10 being strongest.

Feeling as an Image

Pick something a person can visualize. A color with a description, a scene from a movie, a painting, a sound, an animal, or draw a picture from your imagination. If possible, use multiple examples here.

Shared Memory

Pick a memory you believe you both will remember and hopefully have the same or similar feeling about.

Closing

End your letter with something nice to say about your spouse, and then sign it affectionately.
